Ordering and Delivery FAQ

Due to concerns around maintaining the flow of business and practicing social distancing we ask that you please note that the browsing and purchasing of products is available on our website only, we do not have a physical store, showroom or payment facilities at our factory.


All our body care + homeware products are proudly made with love and care, so please allow up to 3 – 10 working days. Important to note is we only start with your order once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start creating your Classy Kitchen body care + homeware products.

Our courier delivers throughout South Africa. The courier costs are calculated on the weight, volume and delivery address. You can also opt to use your own transport

When you register, please give us your physical address within South Africa, we regretably don’t send to PO Boxes. 

Please do not pay for any ordered products before you have received an invoice from us that confirms your order and the correct amount payable.

We will then create an invoice which will include courier cost and Vat with our banking details via email.
Payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) after which you can send us your proof of payment to info@classykitchen.co.za

Please note we do not accept cash deposits.

  • Minimum amount for first wholesale order is R1000.
  • Payment before shipment by EFT.
  • Price’s exclude Delivery.
  • We only use couriers for delivery.
  • First time Wholesale buyer’s must register first to view price’s
